The prerequisites for QuickBooks harvest integration are that the users should have Administrator permissions and their account must have an Invoices module enabled that can be linked to their Harvest account and copy invoices to QuickBooks Online. In addition, time and expense entries cannot be directly synced from Harvest to QuickBooks Online but can only be copied as line items in invoices.
